On this week we continued our research and dive deeper into the domain and the problem we chose, children and teenagers online hazards, in order to be more specific about the problem's definition.
We also started to work on our first presentation about the problem, that will take place next week.
We managed to meet in person for the first time! It was fun and exiting to see each other for real.
In the meeting we chose to focus on adolescence cyberbullying and online harassments, a more specific sub-domain inside the domain of children and teenagers online hazards.
Cyberbullying is getting more common, with over 50% of adolescents and teens have been bullied online, and about the same number have engaged in cyber bullying.[bullyingstatistics.org]
We all agreed about the problem severity and distribution, and will be happy to be able to impact such important issue.
